What are macros?
​Macros, or macronutrients, are the primary molecules our bodies use to create energy, which we measure in calories!  They are found in all foods in varying amounts and are usually listed in grams (g) on nutrition labels.
​

By focusing on three primary Macros - proteins, fats, and carbohydrates - we can easily and accurately make sure our bodies are getting the proper amount of energy and nutrition.
Counting Macros
Counting Macros is a simple method of tracking the amount of fats, carbs, and proteins you eat each day to ensure your body receives the perfect amount of energy and nutrition. 

You just count the grams of each macro category that you consume until you reach the target number for your plan!
